The first book of her follow-up trilogy, 'Journey to Wudang' has just been published. Like last year with White Tiger and sequels, it's coming out one per month in September, October and November. It's not often I read a book that's laugh out loud funny, breaks all the rules--and I mean ALL the rules that we writers are supposed at least pay lip-service. Heaven to Wudang was your best yet. Supanova is on the first weekend of November (9-11) and that's always a great I can't believe I'm actually at book 8, and the final book in the series is just around the corner. 'Hell to Heaven' will be released on the 30th of October, so I have a week or so of not-much-happening before it starts again. I'm reading: Nook: Three (Flashpoint Press) by Annemarie Monahan a very feminist science fiction book which talks about the benefits and damage done by faith (among many other things) in the meantime. I'm just about to start Hell to Heaven by Kylie Chan. I won't give away the plot line because that would take some of the fun away from the story's evolution, but if you enjoy fantasy and immersion in different worlds you are likely to enjoy the series. Second Trilogy 'Journey to Wudang': follows eight years after the end of 'Blue Dragon' with the same characters with (1) Earth to Hell; (2) Hell to Heaven; and (3) Heaven to Wudang. There will be an ending, rest assured. This was supposed to be the fourth and final book in the series 'Dark Heavens Series' but pleased to announce that Kylie couldn't wrap it up in one book so has started this series of 'Journey to Wudang' to continue the story . For Kylie Chan, it's an entire trilogy that's going to be available.
